Mississippi State University has a three-tier system of scholarships: university, college (of engineering), and department (such as industrial, mechanical, civil or chemical engineering). College and departmental scholarships are extremely competitive and are usually awarded to MSU seniors, juniors, and sophomores who have a solid track record of MSU performance, but outstanding transfer students are eligible to apply for college scholarships. University scholarships, on the other hand, are frequently awarded based on performance in high school or community college and your ACT score(s).

Please fill out an on-line application to be considered for these scholarships. A cumulative 3.5 GPA or greater is encouraged. Please contact Kim McElroy at (662) 325-2267 or kmcelroy@bagley.msstate.edu with any questions.
