If you’re discovering us for the first time, welcome to the Bagley College of Engineering.  We’re proud to say that we are one of the few engineering colleges in the southeast that is endowed, in thanks to one of our most successful alumni, James Worth Bagley.  What that means, should you chose to attend the BCoE, is that the college is able to offer its students a wider array of scholarships, faculty with nationally renown reputations working side-by-side students in the classroom and in the research laboratory, student professional organizations that have earned national attention and recognition, state-of-the art classrooms and research labs, as well as an engineering curriculum program that is second to none.

We invite you to visit our classrooms, meet our professors, and discover our research centers and laboratories. In the past year our eight college departments and research centers have established collaborations with NASA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and other organizations that have yielded enormous scientific and economic benefits for the state and the nation. 

Our collaborations with companies such as Griffin Inc., Aurora Flight Services, Eurocopter, and nCode International are beneficial to corporations, as well as excellent networking opportunities and work-place experiences for our students.
