Effective Teaching Workshop Brings New Ideas & Info. to MSU Faculty

The Teaching Workshop for Science, Engineering and Mathematics filled the auditorium in the Swalm building on January 4 & 5th. Presented by Rich Felder & Rebecca Brent, Co-Directors of the National Effective Teaching Institute. Forty five attendees representing all of the academic departments in Engineering as well as Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics & Biology. In addition, ten attendees from engineering participated in the workshop on Friday afternoon on Designing Courses for ABET Assessment.
