STARKVILLE, Miss. – For Bagley College of Engineering, the upcoming week marks an exciting one for Mississippi State engineering majors.
Bagley’s annual E-Week, hosted by MSU’s Engineering Student Council, celebrates the talent and accomplishment of engineering students campus-wide.
The schedule of events runs from Monday to Thursday and includes a discussion panel with visiting NASA engineers, as well as a trivia night and multiple hands-on activities for students.
The full schedule of events is (as listed below):
MONDAY, April 4: Egg Drop competition at 5 p.m., off the Griffis Hall 2nd floor balcony; Duct Tape Walls competition at 7 p.m., in the front hallway of Patterson Hall
TUESDAY, April 5: Amazing Race competition at 5 p.m., on the Drill Field; Marshmallow Towers competition at 7 p.m. in the Elton King Room of McCain Hall
WEDNESDAY, April 6: Panel discussion with four MSU alumni who now work with NASA programs, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Simrall Auditorium; Engineering Feud trivia night at 7 p.m. in Simrall 104.
THURSDAY, April 7: Bottle Rocket competition at 5 p.m. in the Elton King Room of McCain Hall; Cardboard Boat Race at 7 p.m., Sanderson Center pool.
