STARKVILLE, Miss.—The Mississippi State University Bagley College of Engineering has announced its recipients of its annual college awards.

Each year, the Bagley College of Engineering recognizes outstanding faculty, staff, and students who have distinguished themselves through research, academics, or service to the university. The complete list of 2025 awards and award recipients, including their title and unit, follows.

BCoE Faculty Research Award—Matthew Priddy, associate professor in the Michael W. Hall School of Mechanical Engineering

BCoE Academy of Distinguished Teachers Awards—Julie Jessop, professor, associate director and the Hunter Henry Chair in the Dave C. Swalm School of Chemical Engineering; Jenna Johnson, assistant teaching professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering; and Jean Mohammadi-Aragh, associate professor and interim department head in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering

BCoE Teaching Award for Distance Learning— Jenna Johnson, assistant teaching professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering

BCoE Service Award Winner—George Trawick, clinical professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering

BCoE Professional Staff Winner—Kristen Polk, Bagley College of Engineering Dean’s Office
