Their contributions leave a lasting impact on the world, and we celebrate them with immense pride."

Mohamed was presented his award at a lunch on Friday, February 23, with faculty and the Electrical and Computer Engineering Advisory Board. This is the fourth year the electrical & computer engineering department has recognized its distinguished alumni. Mohamed received a medallion, and his name will be permanently displayed in Simrall Hall.

As a two-time graduate of the Bagley College of Engineering, Mohamed earned his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering in 2003 and his master’s degree in computer science in 2010.
