Dear Faculty, Staff, Students and Friends of the Bagley College of Engineering:

Welcome to an early edition of my May 2023 newsletter - I’ll be traveling internationally next week and may have limited email access.

As we end spring classes, I am pleased to share with you some of our most recent stories:

  • Check out the feature on civil engineering associate professor Dr. John Ramirez-Avila and his work in the Amazon River Basin.
  • A member of the Swalm School of Chemical Engineering, assistant professor Dr. Amin Amirlatifi of our petroleum engineering degree program was named associate director of the PATENT Lab.
